A Cox proportional hazards (PH) regression analysis was implemented to evaluate </span><span style="left: 325.984px; top: 567.776px; font-size: 15px; font-family: sans-serif; transform: scaleX(0.91562);">the reporting behaviour. The most affected countries were found in southern and western </span><span style="left: 325.984px; top: 585.776px; font-size: 15px; font-family: sans-serif; transform: scaleX(0.936442);">Europe, whereas PTB presence was lower in northern and eastern Europe.
